With the title holder of “Village in Bloom“, Jaleyrac is located in a deep narrow valley, where the Mars and Sumene rivers merge at 368m.
Art lovers are spoilt when visiting the 12thc. Romano-Bysantine church, eglise St- Men. The oldest house in the village is Maison d’Anjalhiac (private residence) of the 16th c. which is one of these residences with an exceptional architectural character.
